QuizMaster provides a web-based utility that extracts text from Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) PDF documents and generates interactive quizzes entirely within the user's local web browser. The Service requires no user registration, charges no fees, and stores no files on external database servers.

3. User Responsibility & File Copyrights

You retain full ownership and responsibility for any PDF file you upload to QuizMaster. You represent and warrant that:

  • You possess the legal right, license, or copyright permission to process the PDF document.
  • The content of the PDF does not violate any local, national, or international copyright laws.
  • The PDF does not contain malicious code, viruses, or encrypted payload structures.

QuizMaster does not scan or monitor the contents of the uploaded files since all calculations run client-side. We disclaim all liability arising from copyright infringement caused by users uploading proprietary study materials.

4. Permissible Use of Service

You agree to use QuizMaster solely for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the operation of the client-side parsing algorithms.
  • Utilize automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to load or test the Service.
  • Frame the Website or modify its source code with the intent to distribute a paid version of this free utility.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QuizMaster makes no representations or warranties that:

  • The PDF text extraction will be 100% accurate for all PDF layout designs (e.g. multi-column layouts, low-quality scanned text).
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs or performance lag.
  • The parsing results will reflect the exact intentions of the PDF author.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuizMaster, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to academic performance outcomes, lost files, browser crashes, or hardware heating issues during script execution.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding elements, styling, layout designs, parser script code, text descriptions, and HTML structures belong exclusively to QuizMaster. The third-party libraries (PDF.js, Chart.js, jsPDF, lucide-react) are property of their respective owners and used in compliance with their open-source licenses (MIT, Apache).

8. Google AdSense Integration

We integrate Google AdSense advertisements on this Website to maintain free operations. You agree not to manipulate, click fraud, or bypass advertisements using adblocker scripts or automated systems while using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the user's jurisdiction, without reference to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in competent local courts.
